Enabling Action is a Network event led by disabled people for disabled people.
Thursday 4th May 10.30am to 2.30pm at St Mark’s Church, in the community rooms, Shelton
This event is for disabled people and organisations that want to support disabled people as volunteers.
Communities work best when everyone can get involved. Organisations can be flexible and give people support and control.
This event will give you time to stop, think, talk and learn.
- Share your experiences of volunteering and community projects.
- Talk about what gets in the way.
- Share ideas about what enables disabled people to take part.
The event is open to all, including people who support volunteers and community groups.
Enabling Social Action will be held at St Mark’s Church in Shelton. The church is a community centre for everyone. You are all welcome.
Put the date in your diary! Lunch will be provided.
Free parking in Church yard – entrance in wall on Fletcher Street off College Road.
