Saturday 12th August from 11am to 2pm

All Saints Church Hall, Joiners Square, Leek Road, Hanley, ST1

You may be a volunteer or take social action in your community.
• The Cultural Exchange is a chance to meet new people,
• find out about the 1000 Lives Network and communities around the city,
• share your gifts and
• ask for what you need to help you make a difference in your community.
Come and share something from your community’s culture… food, a story, a song, a ritual, a dance, an object!

Think about what makes your community special and different. It could be food, music, language, culture, religion, nationality, ethnic origins, your identity as a disabled person or as LGBTQ, your creative skills, the part of Stoke on Trent or part of the world you are from, or anything else!

Bring something with you to share, or give a 2 minute talk.
Think about how you can share your community’s culture and experiences with other people.
If you are not sure what to bring, please ask. We can help you decide.

Please email or phone Lynne Ball to book
