The 1000 Lives Community Matched Fund for 2016 is for NEW projects
which are developed, planned and led by young people in Stoke on Trent.

The Network has a small pot of money to award as matched funding to community based groups or organisations. We have £1250 to give away. We hope to give £250 to five Stoke on Trent based projects which focus specifically on young people aged 12 to 25 years. We want to give young people the chance to plan and deliver their own projects. The initiatives can be supported by adults but young people must be in the driving seat.

The closing date for you to apply is Friday 26th February 2016.

The 1000 Lives Network was given a small pot of money in 2014 to award as community matched funding to community based groups or organisations for a NEW project which involves people as volunteers, especially those who are not currently active in their communities. There were 3 rounds of funding. The total fund available was £4000. We committed to funding for 12 projects in total.  Find out about the projects we have funded here.
